Adobe® Flash® Player is patched by using the Windows® installer, with a full msi installer package.
Adobe® Flash® Player (ActiveX®) consists of both 32 bit and 64 bit programs. A single installer now installs and updates both. Historically, separate installers were required for 32 bit and 64 bit.

Patchstream is able to patch on Adobe® Flash® Player (ActiveX®) on versions of Windows® from XP to Windows® 7 (inclusive).
Patchstream is unable to patch Adobe® Flash® Player on Windows® 2000 or earlier as it is no longer supported by Adobe®.
Patchstream is unable to patch Adobe® Flash® Player (ActiveX®) on Windows® 8 due to Adobe® preventing the installation of the ActiveX® variant on Windows® 8.
